Different degrees of corruption occurred in the governments around the world in the process of modernization. And Chinese government is no exception. Compared with most countries in the world, the Chinese government corruption is particularly serious. Governments' anti-corruption has been a worldwide problem. Restricting government corruption and promoting clean government in China is imperative. The work of Chinese Government's anti-corruption is moving on and new solutions are explored in plight. This paper is available through the literature and social survey method, that is, a lot of reading-related literature and current events both at home and abroad on dynamic. The author focuses on the relevant policies and the people's fight against corruption and their intention through empirical analysis, combining the use of questionnaires and interviews, such as transcripts. On this basis, the author uses analysis, comparison and other logical way of thinking. to expound the necessity of corruption and the need for governance from the government's anti-corruption point of view. By exploring the root causes of corruption, the author tries to point out the Chinese Government's anti-corruption situation and make a number of coping strategies in the hope of putting forward some available suggestions。The nature of corruption is the taking advantage of public power, departing from public interest and seeking material and non-material benefits for individuals. In a word, corruption is seeking self interests by using public power.Owning the main resources of public power is the only way to the implementation of the main acts of corruption. Government corruption is satisfying government's wishes and aspirations by means of going against the public interests, the role of government and abusing of power resources. Corruption will harm the authority of the government and influences the role of government. Therefore, government's anti-corruption is imperative. In order to carry out the government's anti-corruption, we must first understand the causes of corruption.Generally speaking, corruption has three causes: the right source, the economic roots, the psychological roots. The causes of Chinese government corruption not only conclude the general ones but also have its special ones. The specific causes of Chinese corruption lies in China's special current historical period------the fast process of modernization.China's economy has been in a period of accelerated modernization, and it is also plagued by corruption in the most serious period. Its causes mainly include economic, political, historical and cultural elements and people's subjective psychological conflict. At the same time, corruption develops in wave, and it has diversity of features. In today's world, corruption has become an international issue. "United Nations Convention against Corruption" and as many as 80 countries on the "United Nations Convention against Corruption" have approved of the question. China is also one party of "the United Nations Convention against Corruption" Lin Zhe, professor of the Central Party School, collected the statistics in the 1990s since the previous "two sessions" hot spots, in which anti-corruption campaign has been top. In 1999, 30 deputies advanced the motion of "developing national recommendations ", which was listed as 1999 "No. 1 motion." Corruption not only affects all issues of the nation but also affects our country's stability and development. The Chinese government realized the seriousness of the problem long ago. In the early time of new China, the government has launched the "Three-Anti", "Five-Anti" campaign and a series of anti-corruption campaign of ideological education, forming a political winds and a clean society. Since then, successive governments regard the anti-corruption as a key task. According to authoritative statistics, the procuratorial organizations across the country have investigated 178,405 criminal cases involving 207,935 people during the period of in January 2003 to November 2007. Chinese Government has adopted a series of measures to punish corruption and promote clean government. To a certain extent and a certain scope, it has achieved positive achivements. However, the Chinese Government's anti-corruption task remains arduous. To sum up, the Chinese government, including the plight of the anti-corruption: China's corruption-prone with multiple, high-level of official corruption, the high quantity of corruption and the "Kwan borers" are serious, and, failure to abide by the lax enforcement, and so on.In controlling corruption, the Chinese Government can learn from the successful experience of foreign governments. U.S. government's experience is beneficial because the United States and China are both big countries. China's allies, tiny Singapore's clean index is one of the top ones of the international row. The Singapore government's strict legislation, strict selection, hiring and moral assessment system, equality before the law, a variety of stringent anti-corruption rules, pension and provident fund system to be clean, regular training systems are all advisable for the Chinese government. Hong Kong's anti-corruption experience and enlightenment is that the government not only must have a sound legal system and the independent commission against system settings, but also make concept of justice rooted in the hearts of the masses. The government should establish anti-corruption institutions and strengthen its authority to establish a sound legal system, ensure the smooth progress of anti-corruption work, carry out extensive public education and accept supervision by society.By seeking root causes, we come up with some anti-corruption measures for Chinese government. That is, the government should set up strict legislation, establish specialized anti-corruption agencies, adjust the personnel system, deepen the cadres and personnel management system reform, and promote openness of government affairs, accept social media, and so on. We hope that these findings can contribute to the Chinese government at present and in the future.
