Legal Approaches For Resolving The Right Conflicts Between The College Administration And The Student

With the deepening of the administrative system revolution in colleges and the widening of the scope for school running in China, the legal dissensions between colleges and students at many aspects are increasing, such as enrollment, students'status administration, degree awarding and other discipline punishments. These dissensions are going to be resolved more and more through juridical methods. To understand the characters of the law relationship and solve the right conflicts between students and colleges have become a problem that can not be obviated. Herewith, we began with distinguishing the relationship between students and colleges, and we focused on analyzing the reason of the conflict between the student right and college administrative right. Finally, the resolving methods were investigated from three aspects including the education legislation improvement, college disciplines and constitution procedures development, and expediting the almsgiving channels.
