My Research About Some Matters Of Administrative Detention

Administrative detention is one of the administrative penalties according to the Chinese laws. There are a lot of samples of administrative detentions in the real social lives, which haven't been researched by the legists systematically. This treatise started with the conception of the Administrative Detention, try to find out the problems of present depictions, and then gather up a more logical conception. Based on the conception, to reach the goal of balancing the both sides of the administration, through the methods of Comparative Research, Historical Research and Experimental Research, the author tries to make the research of the Application and Procedure Restriction of Administrative Detention, finally to reach the improvement of the current system of the Administrative Detention.
