Study On The Social Exclusion Of Peasant Middle And Low Level Flexible Employment Group In City

Social Exclusion is the important concept of latter social research. As the process of economic system reform and propulsion of urbanization stratagem, in order to survive and development plenty of peasant middle and low flexible employment swarm into city and they have become a gigantic and special colony gradually. Most of peasant middle and low flexible employment work in informal employment engaging in flexible employment, they are in low degree and low skill, lack of employment training, they are at the basic level of flexible employment. Under the influence of dualistic registration system, urban and rural dual economy structure and dualistic labor market, peasant middle and low flexible employment in city have double disadvantageous identity , they are work in poor employment environment, have lower income, they are lack of rights and interests. Furthermore, it is difficult to safeguard the labor rights and interests of the staff and workers. When living in city, they pass through all kinds of social exclusion, finally change into the weaker group of weaker group's. Then the problem of social exclusion will carry lots of serious problems of society such as violating the principle of society fairness. It has been a main difficulty of restricting harmonious society. So how to eliminate social exclusion will be a spectacular focus issue.So this paper chooses peasant middle and low flexible employment group as the research object. On the basis of carrying on questionnaire investigation and visit on the spotting, combining with the theory of management, sociology and economics, we just analysis the social exclusion of peasant middle and low flexible employment group in city from the view of politics, economy, public service and social relations with the expectation for suiting the remedy to be a case.The structure of this dissertation is arranged as follow: Chapter one introduce the background and the meaning of this theme, generalize research purposes and research methods; Chapter two introduces the domestic and international literature review about social exclusion, defines the main concepts of flexible employment, peasant middle and low flexible employment group in city and social exclusion, introduce the important theory background; Chapter three on the base of combing the review and the background analysis the problem of social exclusion suffered by peasant middle and low flexible employment group in city from the view of politics, economy, public service and social relations; Chapter four find out the reasons and analysis the social consequences; Chapter five put forward the measures and suggestions; Chapter six is the conclusion and the follow-up research suggestions.
