The Lawyer Profession Ethics Research In The Harmonious Society

Lawyer profession is a special job that can provide full law service for all kinds of society subject, and plays an important role in right protection, economic benefit, society stability, aid management and culture progressing in harmonious society. Therefore, the lawyer's profession quality and the level of profession ethics will directly exert influence on the development of lawyer profession, social fair justice and the construction of a harmonious society.This paper will be presented in four parts. The first part is the introduction which tells us that this paper will make some new research about the construction of the lawyer's profession ethics based on the previous research in the harmonious society. . The second part focus on the basic connotation of the harmonious society and the lawyer profession ethics, and the effect of strengthen the construction of the lawyer profession ethics on the build of harmonious society. The third part represents certain performance of the loss of lawyer profession ethics: high interest light righteousness in thought and moral,neglect and flaw of common courtesy,vicious competition in law service,the lag of personal quality,the Indulgence of the professional discipline。And analyzes the cause of lawyer profession ethics flaw thoroughly: Few lawyer lack of the sense of occupation honor in ideological concept,benefit again in responsibility in value orientation,legal regime crack provides the possibility for a lawyer to handle a case illegally,penalty dynamics is insufficient for the illegal lawyer,attorney disciple standard system is not perfect and so on. The conclusion of the paper gives us some pointed advice from four different aspects: the establishment of the lawyer profession ethics which comply with the build of harmonious society, the exploration of the science system of the education of the lawyer profession ethics, the perfection of the related system of the lawyer profession ethics, self teaching and self-discipline in the harmonious society.
