| According to the tenth clause of Notary Law of the People's Republic Of China, statutory notary system has been established in our country. And Property Law which has the strongest association to Notary Law will be enforced on October 1st, 2007. During the legislation of Property Law. However, legislators were lack of awareness the importance role of notary system in the transaction of Property right. The attitude neglecting the role of notary system in Property Law will result in lots of problems in achieving the legislative goal of Property system.This paper proceeds as follows: preface, text and conclusion. As for the text, it consists of three chapters.Chapter one expounds the Summary of statutory notarization about real estate. It contains the concept of statutory notarization about real estate, the situation of statutory notarization about real estate in foreign and the Status of statutory notarization about real estate in China.Chapter two introduces the criticism endorse opinions about the value of statutory notarization about real estate. The author analyzes these opinions after introduction.Chapter three the Value of statutory notarization about real estate in real estate market. It contains three parts. The author analyzes the Value of notarization in forced house removing. Meanwhile, the author approves the Value of notarization in real estate registration and the Value of notarization in real estate transaction market.
