Only to convert the functions, is to adapt the current situation of the development of China's rural areas.This study is as the example at T rural in N county of Northwest, used to the research methods of micro-sociological analysis of society ,the study focused on the abolition of agricultural tax after the village cadres to face the loss of the old functions as well as the emergence of new functions, and how to conduct functions of conversion , and attempts to identify the issues affecting the functions of village cadres conversion factors, and finally arrive at solutions that search problem, to consider.The study is divided into six chapters:The Chapter I is the Introduction. The introduction is the thesis topics of the background research and research purposes.The Chapter II is study design, introduced the thesis of the theoretical basis, the core concepts, research methods and innovative points.The Chapter III narrated the basic situation and the basic characteristics of the sample, and illustrates the typical poverty-stricken areas of the northwest. And select objects from the interviews to investigate the extraction of the villagers, are striated accordance with the quota sample extraction method.The Chapter IV introduced the village cadres in the new era the face of new opportunities and challenges, and the implementation of its functions. In the new era, requirements the vast numbers of village cadres should speed up the conversion functions, and to emancipate the mind, advancing with the time .Only put energy and time for the Service Sannong, it will increase their income up.The Chapter V introduced the factors of the impact of the western village cadres' conversion. Article from the four major aspects to illustrate, because of the subjective and objective reasons, the village cadres should not well adapted to the new era demands of the new situation. Only get rid of these factors, in order to promote the village cadres to carry out the functions of a good conversion, to better serve Sannong.The final chapter leads to analysis of conclusions and consider.
