Comparative Studies On Hong Kong And China Corporate Governance Legal System

Corporate governance codes as one important issue to enforce China corporate governance reforms. Due to the different legal system between Hong Kong and China. Hong Kong has more advantage in content and flexibility to apply of corporate governance. On view to the setting of every organs in the company and the internal interest balance system, there are many differences on corporate governance between mainland china and Hong Kong, This dissertation aim to point out that the corporate governance of Hong Kong has its own advantage and disadvantages. We should learn from the past experiences on the corporate governance from Hong Kong, which lead mainland china a smooth way to corporate governance. Finally it proposes recommendations to improve our nation's corporate governance codes.In this article, I summarize the difference between China and Hong Kong corporate governance. And provide my own suggestion. There are three structures of the whole almost 30,000 words.
