It has been a several hundred history for Chinese to emigrate into South Africa. As the race with minimum population in South Africa, the South African Chinese had been the victim of racialism policy for a long time because they had suffered the early racialism policy from the local authorities and the strict racial isolation policy from Kuomintang government. However, the South African Chinese survived there stupendously and developed themselves circuitously under the hard situation. After the cold war, as the birth of the New South Africa reconciled the races, the golden period to develop for the South African Chinese came into being. In the history of Sino-South Africa relations, South African Chinese acted as the natural carrier. Meanwhile, the development of Sino-South Africa relations acted on that of South African Chinese directly, and both of them were related with each other. The mutual relation of South African Chinese between China and South Africa presented their social variance separately and the evolutive track of Sino-South Africa relations.Based on the angle of view of national problems, this paper will investigate the development of the South African Chinese in evolutive historical stages, expatiate the mutual relations of the development of South African Chinese with the racial and national policy in South Africa and the historical evolution of Sino-South Africa relations, and explain the action mode of the mutual relations in evolutive historical stages.
