Accordingly, the author will use the methods of example analysis and comparative analysis to comprehend the true meaning, catch on the theory basis and understand the running and law protecting of motor vehicle property insurance subrogation. It is hoped that this article would contribute to the system of motor vehicle property insurance subrogation.
