On The Supervision Of Investigation

This paper consists of four components. The first part starts with the definition of basic areas on Supervision of Investigation, introduces the related concepts ? and demonstrates the legitimacy and practical necessity of the Investigation and Supervision; the second part is about the development and changes of the system, and analyses China's present situation and existing problems of the system; the third part inspects and analyses the foreign patterns and the author reflects the enlightenment to China; the fourth part lists the existing problems of China's system and then demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of improving the system with the three-pronged approach , linking theory with practice , and it's essential to establish procuratorial system to guide the investigation, the "quasi-judicial review" mechanism of prosecution ;it proposes detailed solutions to strengthening criminal filing.
