| The increasingly serious problem of drug abuse and trafficking has posed a significant risk to China's economic construction and the building of a harmonious society, the public administration ability of Chinese government has been faced to a huge test. The problem of position the nature of drug addicts which puzzled the administrator for a long time has been solved with the implementation of the Anti-drug Law.At present, there is no a complete set of management model system and effective reply way to settle the problem of management of general labor re-education and drug treatment, lowly enthusiasm of drug addicts under the mandatory drug treatment mechanism and easily drug relapse, etc. In the basic precondition of drug addicts are treated the special patient which is ruled by anti-drug law, this paper is discusses new anti-drug management model under the mandatory drug treatment mechanism which is directed by government that is used to improve enthusiasm of drug addicts for anti-drug, to ameliorate the effective of anti-drug, to strengthen the confidence of drug curer to re-enter society, to provide theory conference to control and reduce re-drug.This paper diagnoses the area of anti-drug management, education, psychological treatment, police officer training on the background of Chongqing Labor Re-education Camp; discuss new management model of anti-drug after enaction of new Anti-drug Law by case analysis, balance experiment of difficult management model, survey questionnaire and data analysis. Conclusion is that the problem of lowly enthusiasm and bad effective of drug treatment is able to improved obviously by the following management model: 1 .discriminate general labor re-education and drug treatment; 2. weaken punish measure, strengthen anti-drug function; 3. strengthen degree of education and physiologic treatment; 4.improve the professional level of manager; 5. establish scientific and effective evaluation mechanism for anti-drug. |
