This involves practical usage of discretion as an equitable solution.The application of industry and commerce administration discretion is good for the interests of the administrated populace and wider society only when this discretionary power is used legally, properly and justly. The argument in this part is the summation of all parts and the logical conclusion of this paper. The effect is, with the goal of application of the discretionary power in industry and commerce administration improvement in mind, to break through the traditional points of view by logically analyzing the application of the discretionary power in industry and commerce administration with necessary logic.
