After the Cold War,Japan adjusted its foreign strategy because of the changing national and international conditions,and finally confirmed a "Based on Asian-Pacific"guideline.With more focus on Asia,a brand new Asian strategy has been unveiled.Besides,with the attention towards national interest,new Asia strategy was more eagerly needed than ever.Asian strategy is a core part of Japan's foreign policies,which serves the national interest,and national interest determines foreign policies.An analysis of the Japan's national interest helps greatly to understand the connotation of its Asian strategy.After the Cold War,security and prosperity has been the paramount aspects in Japan's national interest,since then,an "Overall guidance in Asia"policy has been taken,which can be explained as not only playing a leading role in economy,but in politics and security also.In the end of this article,an analysis of impacts of the Japan's Asian strategy on China is promoted,and the author trys to find out how china should react on this.
