| Along with Urban construction development, relocation dispute has been a universal social question. Academic circle had not a unified viewpoint, and our country had not a systematic legal regime , too. All of complex relocation dispute only depend on some principled stipulation to be solved. Based all of questions, I analyzed our country's house compensatory regime form four aspects.Firstly, I analyze the basic theory of law on our country's house compensatory regime which includes the definition,characteristics,classfication of house relocation. Secondly, I elaborate present situation and the shortcoming on regime of compensation of urban housing demolition. Thirdly, to elaborate regime of compensation of urban housing demolition in foreign country and summary some pieces of experiences. In the end, I suppose seven construction measures on regime of compensation of urban housing demolition, based on our country national condition and experiences of foreign country.
