Court as to the separation of powers based on the theory of the modern rule of law an important component,we also need to understand how it is generated.It is not bom,the initial face is as the same as the component of court today; also non-political national product;it is a generation of feather butterflies into the process, from revenge to the compensation system to the temary structure of the dispute resolution model,the concept of the rights,property system,cost,religious factors have generated a catalyst for their role.
