Research On The Proper Party System

Proper party is an important part of party research. Proper party concept is related to ,meanwhile different from party. Proper party system has its theoretic base .It is closely connected to right of action theory. There are two types of criteria for proper party. One is right to implement of litigation which is based on the right of supervision and the other is interest of litigation. The first one is a traditional type of criterion, whereupon the latter develops. Moreover ,proper party system bears close relationships with litigation economics. A concrete application of proper party system shall contain the following aspects: proper party, the confirmation ,expansion and transition of proper party. With consideration of our countries basic situation at present, we are requested to strengthen the research of proper party theory, during which we should gradually establish the system in which interest of litigation is regarded as the key criterion for proper party judgments and upon which we consummate our country's socialist juristic system by resorting this system to solve series problems stemming from proper party system application.
