The Research Of The System Of Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement

Since the past ten years, and under the faulty system of Administrative Law Enforcement, researchers have kept on looking for a ultimate form of innovation in law. During this period, large amount of emergeing problems caused new innovations, and which eventually lead to a new proposal. In this cycle process, Administrative Law Enforcement is achieving to it's final destination.Moreover, it seems that there is not existing any kind of theory that could get common sense, and not any proposal of innovation that could get support by the all. This phenomenon attracts great attention of mine,and this dissertation will be the following four parts.The first part is introdution. It would research why it is important to focuse on the issue of Administrative Law Enforcement in the innovation of Super Ministry System. After that, how to practise the innovation? And, the innovation is a destination of final or in a phase? This two questions would be discussedThe second part is general theories, mention to the matter of this dissertation, consider that the innovation of Super Ministry System is the direction of Administrative Law Enforcement in development.The third part is pratical investigation, after the countrywide introducing, Chongqing City would be chosen to analysis as an example, which get the conclusion that China is lack of essential Administrative Law Enforcement system.The fourth part try to draw the way that how to establish a system of Administrative Law Enforcement. It is believed that current Administrative Law Enforcement in the innovation of Super Ministry System is just a destination in a phase, the final mode should be established in accord with Super Ministry System.
