Real estate ads between developers and buyers have played a very important role, more than 90% of sales of commercial property is through the publication of advertisements for developers, and we can see ads for real estate development played an important role in promoting. But we should also see that some developers who make use of ordinary home buyers lack sufficient knowledge of the background and China's advertising regulatory system is far from perfect, and malicious publication of false deceptive advertising, seeking profits at the same time seriously damaged the interests of buyers, it also impedes the entire real estate market to develop healthily.
