The paper based on the current military situation of land-use,figuring the way to resolve current waste of land resources is military and local authorities joint construction.Based on the analysis of relevant research at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation of the army to build the project to explore the early work.In this paper,through the status and prospects of the real estate market analysis, project location;Secondly,through investment assess the value of the land and the proposed project cost estimates,made on the basis of the profitability analysis,forecast data can be achieved through the revenue and the proposed project's ability to attract capital,to determine the scale of construction and is divided into the proportion of the project which conducted a preliminary economic analysis;and then,on the project feasibility study,including support of the project conditions,traffic conditions, environmental protection,energy saving circumstances,project earnings and risk analysis,etc.,to verify the feasibility of the project;Fourth,analysis of the actual situation in accordance with the interests of the armed forces into the form and choose a suitable partner;And pre-feasibility studies and research into the contract,in accordance with relevant laws and regulations of the contract to develop a complete and detailed to ensure the realization of the interests of both parties,in particular the interests of our troops have a reliable guarantee.Finally,according to an analysis of the actual situation, the forces carried out in accordance with the basic mode of cooperation in the internal argument.
