The Crime of Bending the Law for Selfish Ends has been an essential part of the laws of different governments of different periods. While the object of the violations is the normal activities of the state judiciary organs and the objective side demonstrates as prosecution twisting the law and wrongful judgement, the subject is special subject, that is, the judicial staff ; the subjective side can not be indirect deliberation but direct deliberation. In practice, it is necessary to accurately comprehend the concept of "prosecution" and the criteria to determining "the guilty", and to distinguish concepts between the Crime of Bending the Law for Selfish Ends, the crime of false frame-up, covering up the crime, as well as general working mistakes and the general conduct of breaking the law for selfish ends. The Crime of Bending the Law for Selfish Ends is an act of crime committed, which means, as long as the act of breaking the law is implemented, the crime is completed and no criminal attempt exists.
