Study On Legislation Of Light Pollution Prevention And Control In China

With the rapid development of economic and urban construction in China,light Brings convenient to people,but also endangers the survival of the human environment.The light pollution is coming as a new kind of environment pollution after waste gas,waste water,waste residue and noise.Light pollution not only threatens people' s health,but' also affects animal and plant' s survival,its danger is obvious,aggravating and spreading.Although the cases of city optical pollution trespass are increasing,the measures and the results of the legal aid are not satisfying.Therefore,In order to defend the right of the victims,we should prevent and cure the optical pollution.It is necessary to set up a Light Pollution Prevention Law in China.Light pollution is the improper disposal of light, resulting in harm to human,health,as well as the destruction of natural ecosystems,resulting in deterioration of environmental quality.At present,the light pollution problem is getting worse,The reason is that lack of light pollution control legislation,management does not put in place,systems is unsound,legal liability is not clear.In order to effectively control light pollution,it is necessary to from China's national conditions,referencing foreign light pollution control legislative experience,on the basis of inherting and perfecting our present systems,our country should establish of China' s legislative system to control light pollution.So,through thelaw effectively protect and improve the living environment and ecological environment,the protection of human health and security.
