In the dissertation, I will do some research of the criminal direct charge system.It should be analysed firstly from the meaning of the criminal direct charge, the function and the value of this. Moreover, it will be compared with the similar system in the other countries.Secondly, I will try to analyse the status in quo of the criminal direct charge system in China from the aspect of the prescript and the demonstration. Furthermore, I will think something about the question of this system and the reason of the question.At last, it will be discussed how to broaden the appliance of the criminal direct system in Chinese criminal judiciary, which is one of the route that can reduse the detain before charge.
