The Research On Normativity Of Property Service Contract

Nowadays, a lot of disputes exist in the field of property service and the actual legislations, to a certain extent, can ease some contradictions. However, there are still many questions that can not be solved or can not be dealt with properly. This thesis solves the issues of legislation and actuality in the property service industry from the perspective of the normative of the property service contract.The thesis consists of three parts. The first chapter introduces the basic theories of property and systematically elaborates the concept, categories and particularities of the property service contract. The second chapter analyzes the existing problems in the property service contract. The first section of this chapter illustrates the existing problems by the study of a dispute case about the property contract. The second section discusses the legislative problems in the property service. The third section summarizes the actual problems in the actual property service. The third chapter is concerned about the legilative advice on the property service contract. The first section is analyzes the legilative patterns of the property srevice aontract. The second section discusses the law framework of property service contract .The third section is about the legislative objective and control which includes legislation, judification and executive management. The property service contract is closely related to human life and plays an important role in the property service activities. Therefore, according to the basic condition of China, the work of law—compiling should be strengthened to promote the full development of social economics of China.
