Lawyer's Professional Liability Insurance System Of China

The topic of this thesis is on the lawyer's professional liability insurance system. In fact, this system has had a very sufficient development in most part of the world, along with the CPA, the medical liability insurance and so on.. Sometimes they are even necessary. However, it is of the other condition in China. There are many reasons. This thesis attempts to find the paths and problems of this system of multi- dimension. What's more, to develop a better blueprint which bases on it .For the lack of practice experiences of the author , he couldn't analysis this topic from an an empirical view. But it doesn't means that the theoretical research is of no importance .while reading related articles, the author finds that most operating level paradoxes happen just because of the ignorance of fundamental theory. Furthermore ,the author doesn't give up the effort serving for the practice. this thesis will goet further from a description of some cases. At the last charpter, the author attempts to give some advices to improve this system ,from which relating to the environment ,the legislation and system guarantee.
