Study On The Life Status And Right Protection Of Land-lost Peasants In Hui'an

Townizations in our country require a great amount of land which is also the reason why so many farmers are losing their farmland. More serious, farmers will lose other rights as their losing the such as the rights and interests of protection the farmland, the rights and interests of protection the daily life, the rights of taking a job and some of the rights related to the loss of land. It is becoming clear that the living condition of these land-lost peasants is not so bright now.This thesis has introduced the development of the townization and land exploration in Hui'an, describing the farmer's high living pressure and the serious situation of gaining a job and elucidating the problem of rights security of the land-lost farmers according to their condition of living and production. With the method of questionnaire, this study has truly reflected the land-lost farmers'losing of right to know in land exploration and their difficulty in gaining a job and also the independence of social security and subsequently their decreasing living condition.According to the detailed outline of the local law and the policy and measurement of land exploration in Hui'an, this thesis has analyzed the reason of losing the right security of the land-lost farmers and concluded that the incomplete of the land system is the fundamental reason, and the low social status of the land-loss farmers is the deeper reason, the incomplete mechanism of compensation under eminent domain is the direct reason and also the social discrimination and other factors contribute to it.On the background of the lasted land policy and the positive behaviors of protecting the right of land-lost farmers, this thesis has put forward that we must complete the related principles and regulations accord to some law and follow the socialist market economy to complete the mechanism of compensation under eminent domain and take the right of land-lost farmers into consideration depending on the concepts of putting people first. In the end, this thesis has proposed some suggestions and solutions of protecting the right of land-lost farmers in Hui'an from the aspects of constructing long-term mechanism, completing social security system, bettering the matching mechanism.
