Chinese Characteristics Power Restriction: From Theory To System

Power restriction is one of the core problems in contemporary democracy as well as a core problem in the research of the Science of Constitution.Power is a proper legitimate ability which can change people's will,it generally exists in society.Power is everywhere;it is an essential element in life.The ultimate target of power is to achieve the benefit of power grantor.However without the effective restriction and control of the unlimited expansion nature on power itself,people who get affected by the result of the power will feel terrified or even disappointed with the power and the society.Hence this will violate the original intention of the power existence.In order to keep its social order and efficiency rather than infringing upon right and freedom,it needs effective power restriction and it is the internal demand in power operation.Marxism is one of the greatest and most outstanding ideas in human being history.The idea about power is the most important part in Marxism.With the guidance of Karl Heinrich Marx and Friedrich Von Engel's ideas,we discover and perfect the power restriction theory of our own in China gradually,moreover we improve it a more standardized,legal and systematic stage.Combining the background of Chinese history and current situation,in accordance with the Science of Constitution,this paper analyzes and establishes the power restriction system.The development of human civilization can prove a fact that power can operate in reasonable and standardized way only when it is under an effective restriction mechanism in legal society.China can actualize the utility of power and the legal establishment development by fully learning from the previous outstanding outcomes and establishing reasonable power structure,scientific power distribution,power operational procedures and effective power restriction mechanism.
