On The Constitutional Implication Of China's Economic Update

The traditional concept of the Constitution are set up at on the basis of the planned economy.Planned economic system in line with the objective requirements. There is the rationality of its history.However,with the socialist market economic system and gradually set up,Constitutional concept of the traditional economy is no longer suited to the requirements of the new era of economic development. The socialst market economy is secured by the present Constitution in China. At the same time, the socialist market economy further strengthens the development of the Chinese Constitution. The uninterrupted growth of the socialist market economy and uniformity of global economy inevitable request us to amend and improve the Contitution, so as to make it reflect the new content and objective requirement and to play a significant role to the market economy.This article holds the view that the economic development and constitutionalism have the dialectics relationship woth relying on each other and fitting up with each other. Constitutional concept of the traditional economy is no longer suited the ruling party in accordance with the requirements of the Constitution.Therefore, the basic function of constitutionalism should be emphasized in the process of making economic strategies. This article also proposes several propositions for the constitutionalism reform to promote the development of the economy.
