New Perspectives On The Objects Of Contract Fraud Crime

The crime object is generally quite clear, will not become the focus of the study. But with the contract crime of fraud addition, some difficult cases' crime objects in many disputes, will affect the nature determinations of the cases frequently. This paper carries out the collation and analysis on some hot disputes, and then focuses a new dispute arising from a transportation contract. The paper is mainly about the paid service and whether it can be the object of contract fraud. The allegation that the paid service with the quality of manageability, transferability, and economic value is the object of contract fraud is based on the research conclusions from Political Economy and Law science, Legislative Examples and Judicial cases .That does not violate the principle of a legally prescribed punishment for a specified crime.
