The writer firstly analysis the concept and features of the system, then studies its scope and target, as well as its procedures and effectiveness, and finally reveals the value of the supervision of placing a criminal case on file.The second part of this paper analysis of the existing problems and causes of China's supervision system of placing a criminal case on file. In practice, supervision of placing a criminal case on file has achieved some success, but there are still many problems.
