The Protection Of Economic Law Fot The Peasant Workers' Rights

In the process of our marketlization, industrialization and citylization which started from the early 1980s 20th century, the number of peasant workers has exceeded one hundred million. The peasant workers have created tremendous social and economic benefits, at the same time, they dissociate at the edge of city and country all the time. The status of them can hardly be identified, so it becomes more difficult for them to be protected by the system of social security. All this has become a serious social problem.This article has first introduced the basic situation of the peasant workers, then analyzed the feature of this colony. On this foundation, it sums up the problems of the peasant workers'rights of working,social security,education ect.Then we analyzed the value and function of the economic law. The economic law pursues the essential justice which is just the special purpose of it. In addition, the special object and mode of the economic law also determined the very role in protecting the peasant workers.At last, the countermeasures are brought forward. It is strongly recommended that we should established a special system to protect the peasant workers, including cancel the restrict of employment,set up the service system and also provide more opportunities for the peasant workers'children etc. It is far from enough for the economic law itself to protect the weak colony, it needs the help form other correlation law and institution. The article advise to strengthen the power of law execution and supervision,establish the system of legal aid etc.
