The Research Of Lawyers' Rights System In The New Act Of Lawyer

The modern society is a legal society, in which lawyers put legal norms into practice. And the regulations on lawyers' rights in the lawyers' system strongly guarantee the implementation of legal justice. The second session compares other countries' main system of lawyers' rights with ours.The fifth chapter explains how to improve the construction of lawyers' rights system in China. The first session illustrates constructing lawyers' rights system from the point of procedural justice. The second session is to clarify and strengthen the criminal proceedings status of the defense lawyer. The third session describes the details in improving lawyers' rights system. The fourth session makes an outlook of the development direction of how to enrich the lawyers' rights system in China. Summing up the above, from the main line of time and space, this paper researches penetratingly in the lawyers' rights system of China from the aspects of history, traditions, concrete systems, etc., which aims at the better development of the lawyers' rights system in China.
