Protection Of Virtual Property By The Criminal Law

With the rapid development of science and technology,the Internet industry has flourished in the world.The widely application of the Internet has become an important characterization which is different from the traditional society.The widely application of internet has exerting a great impact on our society,changing our daily life,and providing a new space for us—virtual space,bringing out a new type of property—virtual property,which has a great impact on legal theory in our country.There has been a vacancy for the definition of the nature of the virtual property as so far our country,which could probably bring some problems to law administration.By rapid spreading of Internet,the accumulation rate of virtual property is so tremendous,thereafter the trade settled on virtual property also has increased so swiftly.The public call for law protection of virtual property has escalated to another new level.This thesis will expounds and analyzes the definition,the virtual property attributes,and make use of the relevant legislative and judicial practices of Taiwan, Hong Kong and foreign countries for reference,exploring that criminal law protection system over virtual property should be established as soon as possible,so as to ensure the healthy,continuous development of Internet industry in our country and social stability.
