A Study On Administrative Decision-making Model Baseed On Information Technology

Since the 90s of twentieth century,the extensive application of internet technology and the development of E-government has made the administrative organizations in intense competition ,and given an challenge to the decision-making theory of traditional organization.The domestic and overseas decision-making study indicates that information techlonogy as a key environment factor has been influenced every factor and stage,and even entire process of administrative decision-making.Administrative decision-making model that has been regarded as summary on law of administration decision-making didn't got an corresponding attention to application and study in IT environment. The purpose of this study is to creat study methods to quest how to choose and optimize decision-making model in the process of administrative decision-making in IT environment.Administrative decision-making'model has changed due to the effects of IT. this article regards key factors of decision-making model such as decision-makers,targets,objiects and decision-making authority as point of penetration ,and sets up a framework to analysis decision-making model.based on this analysis, the author seeks to how to choose and optimize decision-making model in current IT environment. the main content of this article includes as following points:fisrt,this articale gives a general presentation on IT and the related theories of administrayion decision-making model .sencond,it points out some problems that there are about decision-making model. Third,it suts up a framework to analysis decision-making model,and then discusses how to how to choose and optimize decision-making model in current IT environment.finally, the author improved the process of analysis by a case.This article makes use of the train of thought that the Western academics used to study theritical model,and looks key factors of decision-making model as element to weigh change,and to analyze these factors how to influence our choices and optimization obout administrative decision-making model .I hope this study can give us an all-over new visual angle to decision-making model. At the same time,multi-angle perspective analysis can make us get deeper cognition to decision-making model.
