Since the late 20th century organizations revolutionary have extending to the globe, in this background, the rise of China's social organizations have grown rapidly in recent years. They undertake more and more social functions. Social organizations with its own characteristics also play a unique advantage in the field of social security. However, in the research of the social organizations and social security, social organizations that their own social security issues are very little concerned. Meanwhile social organizations have become the important group during our pluralistic society development. Along with the development of social organizations, social organizations′personnel also become a large group. Social organizations development need a growing number of professionals, lacking of personnel will be severely constrained social organizations to play social functions. Social security is a stable and an important aspect for the organizations. The unique role of social organizations and their growing staff determine that the study on social security is an important issue. The study on the problem of social security about social organizations′personnel in China have been more and more concerned, this article discussed in this field.The first chapter: the social security of social organizations′personnel. In this chapter describes some related concepts. First of all, from two aspects of the domestic and the foreign defined the concept of social organizations. Social organizations classification: including both the broad and the narrow. This article adopts a narrow sense social organization concept, including three types of community groups, private non-enterprise units and the foundations. Analyze of social security situation of social organizations. Social organizations′personnel have become an important group in our plural society. Social security system Summary: in China′s social security system by social insurance for the core, this research mainly about social insurance problems. The second chapter: the social security situation about social organizations personnel′in China-----a survey to Qingdao City. Analyze of the current status. Yet there is no nationwide statistics about social organization staff for the social security, In Qingdao a social security questionnaire survey of social organizations′personnel conducted. Through this case to obtain the data in detail, and we can understand the country's social security situation of social organizations in this research.The third chapter is mainly to analysis of social security problems in China's social organizations′personnel. The social security regulations about social organization staff is not perfect, Compare the social security policies of the government institutions, enterprises and social organizations point that social security policies ignored social organization groups′special nature; the economic difficulties impact the social organizations insurance rate; Part of social organizations staff lack of awareness to participate insurance; Social organizations lack of supervision and management about social security.The last chapter is about policy suggestions for perfecting the social security of social organization personnel. Firstly, clear the principles which build the social security of society organizations we should adhere to. Secondly, the social organizations will choose the social security system. We should take them into the unified social security system as urban workers, but according to the characteristics of social organizations, the government should adopt flexible subsidies. Then put forward the concrete social insurance system of social organizations construction for full-time staff. In addition to, construct social security system for the other members except full-time staff. They have made outstanding contributions for social organizations .We should pay attention to this part of people. Legislation suggestions of social organizations security have proposed. Strengthen the implementation of social organization security. Finally, we also need other comprehensive measures to perfect social organizations security. For example, strengthen the professional quality of society organizations staff; housing security personnel; the assessment of social organization.
