Construction Of Environmental Public Interest Litigation Of Our Country

In modern society,with the rapid development of economy,environmental problems have become more and more serious As one of the most serious problems, it need to be solved by all kinds of methods which are carried out by our country. Using law as one way plays an important role in solving the environmental problems. And law can promote a better socio-economic development.Beginning with theory and system design two aspect,this article discusses general introduction and rhetorical base about environmental public interest litigation at first.And then the article mainly introduce law system associated in US,and also compare and analyze them and then get some conclusions useful to our country.Again analyze the necessary and feasibility about environmental public interest litigation in our country,.In the end,the author propose my thoughts about specific construction system and law making thinking.
