The Northeast Asia International Environment And The Peaceful Rise Of China

The Northeast Asia area is one of the convergence points of the politic benefits for the big powers and economic development areas with most rapid speed in the world. During the post cold war period, the big power relations came into great change and adjustment, with the international strength differentiating and combining, and the world structure had to be under a series of dramatic transformation. The Northeast Asia area played the role as the linking node of the Eastern and Western strengths during the cold war, and the international environment had the pivotal influence on Chinese peaceful growing-up, so it was the essential strategic condition for China to base upon Asian, to walk up to the world, to realize a peaceful rise. At the present time, the Northeast Asia environment that surrounds China is stable on the whole, but also surrounded by dangers and crises in fact. China must closely grasp the strategic localization of"the responsible local great nation and the omni-directional partner", and deals with all affairs positively, and exerts the influence as well, to know about and break through all sorts of contradictory bottlenecks from the new angle of view wisely, and to build new international relations which try to construct the regionally peaceful coexistence, the consultation on basis of equality, the mutually beneficial cooperation, the area reciprocity. Through strengthening the regional cooperation and advancing economic integration and the local institution, we can make a way to the sustainable development and the world powers strategic channel by the platform of keeping national security, lastly to optimize the external environment for a long time and to put advancement of the realization of the peaceful rise strategy.This paper begins with the Northeast Asia international environment which China was surrounded after cold war time, summarizes the environment, elaborates the great significance of the international environment for Chinese peaceful growing-up, analyzes the Northeast Asia international environment changing tendency, and constructively proposes the coping strategies for Chinese peaceful growing-up, with the hope to contribute pygmy effort to the research in this field.
