Research On Illegal Immigrant For Law Control Of China And Russia

Under the background of globalization and the combined effects of multiple causes,illegal immigrant is a new legal issues.From the development of the domestic law of control and international law control, illegal immigrant is to promote cross-border nature of the results,and the international community to countries with to a more serious political, economic and social problems,China and Russia is no exception.First of all, the first part of this article defined the concept of illegal immigrant , analized easily confused on the relevant concepts of the distinction and on immigration-related theory, which China and Russia for the legal control of illegal immigrant research has laid a solid theoretical foundation.
