The independence of judiciary and freedom of press are two mianly pillars of modern country which under the rule of law. The freedom of press is the most distinct symbol of the democracy and an indispensable part of the concept of the constitutional. The independence of judiciary is not only the basic requirements for configuration and operation of the judicial power in the country under the rule of law but also the sign of civilzation and law-governing for political of humanity. To deal with the realationship between the independence of judiciary and the freedom of press suitably is the mainly subject to the rule of law. All in all, both of those are pursuing the same value and bring out the best in each other. however,there is also a confriontation between the relationship. In the practice, the confilict between the two is erupted time and time again. How to handle the contradition and balance the confilict of interest between the two is a main tittle of the rule of law.Chapter 1 Introduction In this article,elaborate the academic background and significance of topics and gave a briefing on the subject of research. In chapter 2,article use the general theory to anlayse the value and connotation between freedom of press and the independce of judiciary. Chapter 3 on the freedom of the press in conflict with the independence of the judiciary to be a specific analysis of performance and pursuing the two causes of conflict. Chapter 4 give the topic of the Western developed countries, the relevant legislation and practice of an inspection outside the equity of the freedom of the press and judicial independence to be summing up the experience of the conflict.Chapter 5 introduced the analysis of the freedom of the press on China's equity conflict with the norms of judicial independence and the existence of less than the status quo. Chapter 6 discuss in the combination of experience and learn from outside the reality of our country based on the equity of China's freedom of the press and the independence of the judiciary system of the conflict to build a general principles and specific recommendations.
