The Research On The Pattern And Appraisal Of Socialism New Village Construction In Fengcheng City Of Jiangxi Province

Socialism new village construction is a momentous strategy made by Communist Party Center which relates to Chinese social economy development. It is also a momentous historical mission of constructing Chinese well-off society and realizing modernization. Since the Party put forward the policy of socialism new village construction on Oct. 2005 in the Sixteenth Plenary Session of the Fifth CPC Central Committee officially, every area in China responds to this policy actively and promotes firmly. Socialism new village construction is a complex, difficulty and heavy mission which need insistent hard efforts. Therefore, how to promote socialism new village construction is an important task that relates to Chinese economy development and the realizing of well-off society.Recently, each area of China carries out the task of experimental unit of socialism new village construction including Jiangxi Province. As an agricultural big province in middle China, socialism new village construction in Jiangxi is still on the beginning, the development of village economy faces problems such as weakness of infrastructure, shortage of resource, low quality of laborers and out-of-date development pattern. There exists big gap in quantity and quality of experimental units of socialism new village construction in Jiangxi Province.This paper chooses Fengcheng city of Jiangxi Province as its research object, analyzes the status quo and existing problems of socialism new village construction in Feng Cheng city of Jiangxi Province deeply and systemically based on field survey to city governmental departments, villages and towns governmental departments of Fengcheng City. This paper puts forward a new index system of socialism new village construction by adjusting measures to local conditions and learning experience of new village construction from domestic and foreign, evaluates socialism new village construction synthetically by means of empirical analyzes in Fengcheng, and puts forward suggestions on policy, measures and pattern of socialism new village construction, which provides policy making references for all levels of governments.The framework of this paper lists as following:Part one: exordium. This part includes the research background and significance, research status quo of Chinese and foreign countries, research content and thoughts, resource of data and method of research.Part two: analysis of policy and theory of socialism new village construction.
