At the field of criminal justice, the investigation procedure is most likely to violate the legitimate rights and interests of minors than others. Therefore, increaing the legal control of the investigation procedures is of great significance for protecting the legitimate rights and interests of minors.This article is divided into four parts. The first part pointed out two basic modes of investigation control: judicial review and prosecution of command. Inspected three typical countries:United States, Japan and Russia. The second part based on our country minor legal control status quo, pointed out its disadvantages, such as effectiveness supervision of the attorney, inadequate means, not comprehensive scope, judicial review system scarcity. The third part using relatively reasonable ideas, pointing out that the court does not have the basic conditions to control the investigation at this time and analysing the relatively reasonable grounds of attorney department of minors control mode. Part four conceiving the power structure and content of the attorney department of minors control mode.
