The Study About Peopie's Rights Of Mandatory Druy Isoiation

Mandatory drug isolation, is a restriction of personal freedom , which is characterized by means of mandatory drug treatment. In the implementation, it is necessary to reshape these people's social rehabilitation of human life, but also the protection of their fundamental rights in accordance with the law ,so it is a complicated issue . From《Anti-drug Law》, the simple model of applied to drug treatment that is fit for human nature more, and it is also a more scientific treatment of an educational approach. This is also the main purpose to write this paper.This paper aims to combine the constitutional theory, and then analysis of the problems in forced isolation of drug ,and starts from the characteristics by restriction of personal freedom under the theory of fundamental rights. Accroding to the drug management by comparing our country and abroad, and list in the isolation of domestic drug enforcement officers on the status monitoring, analysis of their rights and interests of security constraints, make their own treatment of the forced isolation concept.To achieve the following objectives: First, it is benefit to build an open, convenient and effective assistance and relief system, and to protect the rights of compulsory isolation of the performance of drug addicts. The second is conducive to the establishment of education, supervision, and to punish both the law enforcement supervision system, to regulate the enforcement of compulsory detoxification isolation. For the establishment of more scientific, civilized, more perfect, effective, and more in line with the human treatment modalities for the implementation of mandatory isolation to provide a useful reference.
