One-man company, as one of the market bodies, inevitably relates to the credit. It is not long for China to carry out the market economy and the social credit system is still in the attempting stage, so it is still unresolved completely that one-man company is short of credit because of the over-pursuing of interests of the market bodies. By doing some deep research on the credit of one-man company, we can achieve the following goals. Initially, it can resolve the lack of credit of one-man company to some extent. Furthermore, we can perfect the theory of credit for the study of credit of one-man company is still very poor. Finally, it can promote the mutual relationship between the inner subjects of law and the others. The methods of the analyzing of legal principle, the analyzing of the conflict of interests, the classifying of the science of law and so on are used in this essay. The thesis conclusions are as follows. To begin with, the special articles, which are used to resolve credit of one-man company in the law, should be replaced by general articles .What's more, the special articles, which are used to resolve credit of one-man company in the law, should be modified and perfected. The last but not least, the special articles, which are used to resolve credit of one-man company in the law, should be deleted.
