Water Administrative Enforcement In Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

Legally administrate water is the concrete manifestation of managiny state affairs according to law on water work, waiter administrative enforcement Is not only the important measure that water sector carries out administration according to law, but also the important guarantee that practises the thought of sustainable development administrating water, it is the effective way that water administrative departments at all levels change in the functions, promote administration according to law, build a service oriented government. This article mainly targets the problems in water administrative enforcement in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to analyse, and proposes corresponding measures to improve with this combination. With a view to play a role in improving the water administrative enforcement, it will absorb other provinces' advanced experience, explore the warter administrative enforcement pattern that fits our district conditions and water conditions.
