A Study On Advocacy Problem In Investigation Procedure

The criminal defense system is an important constituent of the national legal system, is an important symbol of the national legal system democratization. Advocacy system in investigation procedure is an important constituent of criminal advocacy system. Whether the advocacy system in investigation procedure is perfect or not is very important to the safeguarding of the criminal suspect's human rights. The criminal procedure law in our country has some regulations about the advocacy in investigation procedure. But comparing with the international standard, the regulations in our country still have wide gap. The regulations make against the criminal suspect and his lawyer to exert the advocacy right. So it is necessary to perfect the advocacy system in investigation procedure of our country. Though that we can promote the criminal advocacy system become more democratic and civilized. So I want to put forward some ideas about the criminal advocacy in investigation procedure.This text is made up of introduction,main text and epilogue.
