Study On Hu Jintao's Ideology Of Party Building

Since the Sixteenth National Congress of CPC, the Party's central committee with the comrade Hu Jintao as central secretary, guided by Den Xiaoping Theory, the important thought of Three Represents and the Scientific Outlook on Development, persist achieving the main objectives of strengthening the party's governance capability and vanguard nature to advance the great project of party building and strongly improve the development of various social undertakings.This paper deals with the ideological system of Hu Jintao's party building, systematically generalizes the stages of its forming and governing, and summarizes its content. In ideological and theoretical building, it follows the developing Marxism as guide in changing the objective world and remolding the subjective world, better grasps the laws concerning the Communist Party's governance and improves the capability to apply scientific theories to analyze and solve practical problems; in the building of the party's organization, it emphasizes the strengthening and perfect of the building of primary party organizations and of party members; in work style building, it takes the party's style of work as a focal point and pays constant attention to it; in system building, it constantly improves innovation in institutions and mechanisms to meet the requirements of the new situation and new tasks; in the building of combating corruption and upholding integrity, it adheres to the principle of fighting corruption in a comprehensive way, addressing both its symptoms and root cause and combining punishment with prevention, with the emphasis on prevention.Based on the practice of party building in the new period, The Party continue to explore the way to improve itself in a spirit of reform and innovation, and theoretically presents considerable strategy of strengthening and improving party building which marks the whole system of party building has been initially formed and injects scientific connotation to its general objective and ways comprehensively.
