The integration between jurisdiction and higher education perform wonders, it promotes the higher education of the United States while give power to its whole country. During the constitutionalism course in America over more than 200 years, its higher educational judicial concept and practice accumulate abundant experience in the aspect of developing its country effectively, and it provides China with some examples and lets us see a few problems.
