Comparative Study On Legal Problems Of Bank Non-performing Assets Disposal

Since 1980s, great amounts of non-performing assets occurred in banks of many countries, which not only result in the crisis of the bank system, but also influence the operation of the economy. Due to the operating system and external environment reasons, china's four major stated-owned commercial banks accumulated enormous NPAs. In this condition, china stripped and restructured the bad assets of the state-owned commercial banks, and set up four Asset Management Companies. The four companies have taken over 1400 trillion NPAs, easing the risk of financial system, enhancing our financial enterprises.
