The electronic payment under the third-party is a new method of payment. Its appearment inextricably links with the developing of e-commerce.With the help of the development of e-commerce, the development of the electronic payment is also very impressive now.However, the monitoring and management of electronic payments under the third-party in our country is not very effective, there are many problems.This paper aims at the problems of our country in this regard now, We try to make the analysis of third-party electronic payment by using some methods like listing and the contrast and the definition.In the first part of this article,it shows the similarity between electronic payment and the electronic payment under the third party. It begins with the concept of electronic payments and the classification, its advantages and disadvantages, which leads to the electronic payment we talk about.and it also indicates that third-party electronic payment and other electronic payment share a total of features. Secondly, the paper discusses the concept of third-party electronic payment and classification and payment platform. In the last part of Chapter 1,it analysises the behavior of the electronic payments under the third-party on the basic theory of comprehensive civil law, such as intrduce the main object of legal relations, rights and obligations of the parties. In Chapter 2 it introduces the legal of the third party which including the typical foreign regulatory law and our current laws and gets a view about them.
