Jiang Zemin Education Thoughts Of Cadres

Since the Fourth pienary session of the Thirthth Central Committee,facing the new changes of international and domestic and the switching of the task imposed upon many leaders,comrade Jiang zemin had shown great foresight,putting forward the idea that the leading cadres should be educated and we should build a cadre team who could take kinds of risk and stand the test,and enhancing the leader art of leadship and governance and how to raise the leaders'capacity to resist corruption to meet the needs of socialist modernization.Jiang zemin's thought of educating cadres is rich in content.The historical conditions,theritical basis,the process of formation,contents,characteritics and meaning will be investigated in this thesis.The thesis falls into four partsPart One. Historical conditions and theoretical basis of Jiang zemin's thought of educating cadres are analyzed,mainly analyzing the conditions of formation from two sides of international and domestic politic and economy.On the basis of educating cadres of Marxist classical authors,Mao zedong,Deng xiaoping, Jiang zemin's thought of educating cadres is analazed.Part two. Stating the process of formation of Jiang zemin's thought of educating cadres,with the sign Three Emphases and Three Represents,the formation of Jiang zemin's thought of educating cadres is divided into three phases,that being elementary stage,development and mature. Jiang zemin's thought of educating cadres is a opening system and develop with the advancing of the era.Part Three. Introducing the strategic importance and main contents of Jiang zemin's thought of educating cadres,and state the fact that Jiang zemin's thought of educating cadres is a whole scientific system.In the process of educating cadres, Jiang zemin advised these principles of linking theory with practice,combining rule of virtue with the rule of law,adhering to the principle stand of Maxism and so on,to improve the theoritic and doing capacity of cadres.Part Four. Analyzing the charactristic of Jiang zemin's thought of educating cadres and stating its theoritical and actual meanings to the building of cadre team of our country.
